Where the plates are made
Paper Plate Manufacturer With Our Own Line
What a buyer is really checking on this page is whether we are a paper plate manufacturer or a trading desk with a catalogue. The line is ours and it runs inside the plant we already operate, not at a subcontracted mill. Everything a buyer would want to check is checkable in one place.
The line sits on the same single integrated site as sheet extrusion, moulding, printing, QC and warehousing, so a factory audit covers the paper plate line, the tooling workshop, the inspection stations and the finished-goods warehouse on one visit.
What one visit actually covers
- The same four gates. The plate line is inspected through the gates that govern every other line here, with no separate and looser standard written for paper.
- The same six certification systems. Held through fifteen years of exporting food-contact products to North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia.
- The tooling workshop. Structures are confirmed on a 3D digital sample before any die is cut, so the shape is agreed while it is still cheap to change.
None of that rests on a description: the plate line, the tooling workshop and the inspection stations are walkable on a single visit to this address, which is the difference between a supplier you can audit and a name on a contract. Read more about the plant on our company profile.
