Custom Packaging Program
Your Packaging Idea, Tooled and Molded In-House
Send a sketch, a reference sample or a full tech-pack. We tool it, mold it and run production start to finish in one facility, then ship a finished, on-brand container to your market.
Start with whatever you have
How custom works here
From a Brief to a Branded Container
Every custom program starts the same way: you tell us what you're packaging, and we tell you what it takes to make it real. Browse the product lines we already tool for a head start, or match a resin to your menu before you send a brief.
Ways to work with us
Three Ways to Run a Custom Program
Pick the entry point that matches how finished your design already is. All three run on the same tooling and the same factory floor.
Build to your design
OEM
You bring the drawings, dimensions and material spec. We cut the tooling and produce exactly to your print, keeping your engineering decisions intact.
Best for brands and importers that already hold a finalized design or an existing mold spec.
We design and build
ODM
Bring a concept, a competitor sample or just the problem you're solving. Our R&D develops the structure, recommends the resin and engineers the mold for you.
Best for teams without an in-house packaging engineer, or anyone launching a new format quickly.
Your brand, our proven mold
Private Label
Start from a container we already produce and make it yours: matched colours, a printed logo, a custom lid or insert and branded retail packaging.
Best for importers and retailers that want lower tooling cost and the fastest route to shelf.
The workflow
Tech-Pack to Export, Step by Step
No agency middlemen, no third-party tooling. Here is exactly what happens between your brief and your first export carton.
Brief & tech-pack
Share dimensions, the target material, your artwork and the market you're selling into. We confirm feasibility and flag anything that changes tooling or cost before you commit.

Design & first mockup
You get a structural drawing, a Pantone-matched colour proof and a high-resolution logo placement, packaged so your stakeholders can sign off without guesswork.

Mold cutting & sampling
Once the design is approved, our own workshop cuts a dedicated mold and runs the first physical sample, so you can handle, fill and stress-test the real container.
Pilot run
A short trial run validates fit, lid seat, stacking and print registration before anything scales, so the surprises surface while they're still cheap to fix.

Mass production
Approved samples move onto the line, where running resin, molding, printing and QC under one operation keeps quality consistent and timing under our own control.
QC & export
Final inspection against your approved sample, then door-to-door logistics with the paperwork your customs broker needs to clear the shipment cleanly.
What's on the table
What You Can Customize
Every part of the container is open for change. Most programs adjust three or four of these; some rework all six.
Size & shape
Custom cavity dimensions, depth and footprint, cut into a dedicated mold for the exact format your product needs.
Material
Move between PET, PP, PS, CPET, MFPP and biodegradable lines to match temperature range, clarity and shelf life.
Colour
Pantone-matched body and lid colours, including clear, tinted, opaque and frosted finishes.
Logo & printing
High-resolution logo printing, in-mold labeling and multi-colour surface print placed where your brand needs it.
Surface treatment
Emboss, hot-stamp and texture finishing that give a private-label pack a premium feel on the shelf.
Lid & compartment
Snap, hinged or heat-seal lid systems, plus single or multi-compartment layouts for portion control.
Why it's realizable
Three Molding Processes, One Tooling Workshop
A custom brief turns into a real container here because the tooling, molding and finishing all sit on our own floor.

Blister molding
Thermoformed trays and clamshells for high-volume, thin-wall packaging where speed and material efficiency matter.

Injection molding
Rigid lids, cups and structural parts produced to tight, repeatable tolerances across long production runs.

Precision molding
Cavity machining down to 0.01 mm for complex geometry, clean sealing edges and reliable lid fit.
