About Jooh Package Factory
The Factory Behind Your Food Packaging Brand
Jooh Package Factory has been molding disposable food containers since 2010. Today our team runs a single 40,000 m² site where food-grade resin becomes a finished, branded tray.
Our story
How the Factory Grew, 2010 to Today
Fifteen years from founding to today's plant, plus the two dates the factory has committed to next.
-
2010
The factory opens
Jooh Package Factory begins producing disposable food containers as a single packaging operation.
-
The last decade
Steady product development
Sustained R&D produced 17 proprietary technologies, 12 patents and 8 industry awards across container design, tooling and materials.
-
Today
One integrated site
A 40,000 m² plant now runs extrusion, molding, printing, QC and warehousing under one roof, audited to six international food-contact standards.
-
2025 goal
Half the floor goes biodegradable
The target is to move 50% of production capacity onto biodegradable materials for brands that need a compostable option.
-
2030 goal
Zero plastic to landfill
A long-range commitment to send zero plastic to landfill across our operations.
Walk the floor
One Building, Six Stops From Resin to Pallet
Because the whole line sits on one floor, a buyer can follow a single tray from the resin it starts as to the carton it ships in.
Raw material
Food-grade PET, PP, PS, CPET, MFPP and biodegradable resin arrive and are checked before they reach the line.
Sheet extrusion
Resin is extruded into film and sheet on site, so material thickness and consistency are controlled from the first step.
Precision molds
In-house tooling cuts molds to 0.01 mm tolerance, which keeps every lid and base matched across a run.
Forming lines
Blister, injection and precision molding run across 100+ machines, switching between cold-clear and oven-ready lines.
QC lab
Every batch is sampled in the quality lab against AQL limits before it is cleared to pack.
Export & shipping
Finished trays are packed and shipped door to door, with 7-day capacity held back for rush orders.
Every one of these six stops runs inside the same building, on equipment the factory owns and operates.
The people & R&D
An R&D Budget That Funds the Hard Briefs
Roughly 12% of annual revenue goes back into R&D. That budget is what lets the team take on a difficult brief: a new compartment layout, a thinner gauge, a biodegradable swap.
The brands we keep are the ones who came to us with a spec nobody else wanted to tool. Our engineers treat that as the interesting work.
How quality holds
Where the 99.7% Pass Rate Comes From
A pass rate well above the ~92% industry baseline comes from four checkpoints that every order moves through.
- Incoming material check. Every resin lot is verified food-grade before it enters the line.
- In-house tooling. Molds are cut and maintained on site, so lid-to-base fit stays consistent.
- In-line sampling. Operators pull samples during the run, not only at the end.
- Final AQL gate. Each batch is signed off against AQL limits before it is packed for export.
The same discipline is what carries our ISO 9001, FDA, SGS, TÜV, LFGB and EU food-contact certificates through audit, year after year.
Our commitment
Where Our Materials Are Headed
Sustainability here runs on a production schedule with real dates. For a brand carrying packaging ESG targets, it is a supplier roadmap to plan around.
Recycled-content containers are produced with 30% recycled plastic for brands moving on packaging footprint today.
Half of production capacity moves onto biodegradable materials, so compostable lines become standard capacity.
A long-range commitment to send zero plastic to landfill across our operations.
Reach & delivery
Door-to-Door to Four Continents
Most of what leaves the plant is bound for procurement teams overseas, so shipping is handled as part of the order.
Door-to-door logistics
Global shipping is arranged end to end, from the loading dock to the buyer's warehouse.
7-day rush response
Capacity is held back for urgent reorders, so a stock-out does not become a lost season.
One point of contact
Fiona stays on the account from first quote through reorders, so nothing restarts from zero.
